Cancellation Policy:

We are sorry that we cannot issue refunds for classes, but you may send someone in your place or choose another class if you cannot make it for any reason.

We do require at least 48 hours notice for us to provide credit for another class, otherwise we are left with an empty spot and not enough time to refill if off the waiting list.

For snowy days, please call Jennifer and she will let you know if the class is still being held.

A World of Hot Curries

With its presence in so many global cuisines, it can be said that curry is one of the world's favorite foods. And we are not talking about the bright yellow powder on the supermarket shelf. True curry is the art of blending spices and balancing flavors to create pastes and dry mixes that add a depth of flavor to a finished dish. 

In this class, we'll look at the curries from several flavor-rich cuisines and learn how to make our own spice blends.
