Join Chef Katie Key for this special raw foods introduction class.   Learn a light summer menu of pure organic foods prepared with attention to balanced nutrition.  We will review five simple raw preparation techniques that every chef needs to know, from fermenting to sprouting. This hands-on class includes a full meal at the end, buffet-style.
